Mr. Rao is the promoter and Vice-Chairman of Pennar Industries Limited and the Chairman of Pennar Chemicals limited. He has held various offices such the Chairman of Andra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation and National President of indo-American Chamber of Commerce. He is a former President of the Hyderabad Management Association.

Partner, Narsimha Rao &Associates Charted Accountants. Mr. Rao was formerly the Director of State Bank of Hyderabad, NRICH Alliance PVT. Ltd. and Photon Capital Advisors Ltd. He is past president Hyderabad Management Association.

Sushant Divakar is an entrepreneur. An MBA in International Management from the Royal Holloway, University for London, England, and a Mechanical Engineer from JNTU. He is the Chief Executive Officer of David Memorial Education Society.
